Job description
Tasks
- Develop and support #DFT solutions for #SoC and #ASIC designs.
- Perform #ATPG pattern generation, analysis, debugging, and validation.
- Apply #DFT fundamentals, including controllability, observability, and scan-based testing.
- Support #MBIST implementation, memory test architectures, and diagnostics.
- Work on #IO test methodologies for interface and pin-level validation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on #DFT and #ATPG experience with SoC or ASIC designs.
- Strong understanding of #DFT fundamentals, scan-based testing, controllability, and observability.
- Expertise in #ATPG pattern generation, analysis, and debug.
- Experience with #MBIST, memory test architectures, and diagnostics.
- B.Tech, B.E., or equivalent degree in Electronics or a related domain.
