Gayathri is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Executive in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This role supports the company’s marketing strategy through paid advertising, content creation, video production, SEO, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of digital marketing experience and a strong interest in growing audiences and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions.
• Create engaging content tailored to the target audience and adapted for multiple digital platforms.
• Shoot and edit videos for marketing campaigns and other visual content.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and reach.
• Review campaign performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
• Monitor digital marketing trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• One to three years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency in video shooting and editing.
• Strong content creation skills and the ability to engage target audiences.
• Knowledge of SEO strategies and best practices.

Team and Reporting

You will report to the Marketing Manager and work with creative teams and other colleagues on cross-functional projects. Your work will contribute directly to Gayathri’s marketing effectiveness, with success assessed through campaign performance and related results.
