Dharna Sharma is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Direct Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales and build lasting customer relationships in a thriving sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers through multiple sales channels to promote our products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and sales opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Meet monthly sales targets using effective sales strategies and techniques.
• Provide outstanding customer support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management, highlighting successes and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with team members to boost overall sales performance and share best practices.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum education: 10th Grade.
• Proven sales experience; direct sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Customer service experience is advantageous.

This position reports to the Sales Manager and involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sales success. Remote work eligibility is available, providing flexibility in your work environment.

Compensation: ₹10,000 per month.
