Direct Sales Representative (Engine Oil) – Ludhiana, Punjab

Ajay Kumar is hiring a full-time Direct Sales Representative (DSR) for Engine Oil in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. In this on-site automotive sales role, you will develop customer relationships and grow sales of engine oil products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers using suitable sales strategies.
• Demonstrate engine oil products and explain their benefits and applications.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and support customer satisfaction.
• Work toward sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Gather market intelligence and share customer needs and preferences with management.
• Prepare regular sales reports and track progress.
• Coordinate with marketing and product development teams on sales strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience preferred, ideally in the automotive or oil industry; 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Engine oil product knowledge and familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools are assets.

Compensation and Work Details

• Salary: INR 17,000 per month.
