Job description
Tasks
- Power distribution design
- Overhead-to-underground conversions
- Pole replacements and system upgrades
- Storm hardening projects
- Engineering calculations and technical analysis
- Site visits and field investigations
- Utility infrastructure projects that directly impact local communities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred, but other engineering disciplines welcomed)
- 0-2 years of engineering experience
- Internship, co-op, design, or engineering project experience
- Interest in Power, Energy, Utilities, or Infrastructure
- AutoCAD experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a desire to learn
- EIT or FE Exam completion is a bonus
