If you’re an Electrical Project Manager with proven hyperscale or mission-critical data center experience, this is an opportunity to step into a role where you’ll have genuine ownership of major projects, long-term work and a clear path to progression.You won’t be brought in simply to manage paperwork. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of major electrical scopes, work directly with clients and field leadership, and play a key role in delivering some of the largest data center projects in the country.
THE ROLEYou’ll lead electrical data center projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, Superintendents, field leadership and internal teams.You’ll be responsible for:Managing project budgets, schedules and overall executionLeading procurement, buyouts and subcontractor managementManaging RFIs, submittals, change orders and contract administrationWorking alongside Superintendents and field teams to drive project progressManaging client, subcontractor and contractor relationshipsTracking project financials, forecasting and cost controlSupporting preconstruction, estimating and project handoverEnsuring quality, safety and schedule expectations are metDriving successful delivery of major electrical data center scopes
WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FORProven Electrical Project Management experience within data center constructionExperience managing electrical projects valued at $20M+Strong understanding of electrical systems and data center constructionExperience with hyperscale / mission-critical data centersAbility to manage subcontractors, vendors and project teamsStrong commercial and financial understandingExperience working in fast-paced, high-value data center environmentsWillingness to travel to data center project sites across the USA
