Electrical Project Manager

About the role

Goodall Brazier is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects. Lead electrical projects from preconstruction through completion, taking ownership of major scopes and working with clients, engineers, subcontractors, Superintendents, field leadership and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, schedules and execution.
• Lead procurement, buyouts and subcontractor management.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and contract administration.
• Work with Superintendents and field teams to drive project progress.
• Manage client, subcontractor and contractor relationships.
• Track project financials, forecasting and cost control.
• Support preconstruction, estimating and project handover.
• Ensure quality, safety and schedule expectations are met.
• Drive successful delivery of major electrical data center scopes.

Requirements

• Proven electrical project management experience in data center construction.
• Experience managing electrical projects valued at $20M+.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and data center construction.
• Experience with hyperscale or mission-critical data centers.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Data center experience is required.

Benefits

• $150,000–$200,000+ base, bonus, per diem and vehicle/travel package.
