Engagement Manager - OCM

Tasks

• Lead and manage project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during project execution.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support change initiatives and enhance team capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices in project management.

Requirements

• Exp. Required: 8+ years
• The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in project management.
• Proven expertise in Change Management methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on delivery and execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholder
