Role Description
- Full-time on-site role based in Singapore
- Lead or co-lead a team of technicians and general workers to maintain high-quality service standards
- Plan and schedule jobs to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate closely with clients on job execution
- Conduct technical assessments, resolve issues, and follow through on solutions
- Stay updated and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation for records
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently
- Troubleshoot and optimize systems while liaising with stakeholders to meet project goals
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessments and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in engineering projects
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for teamwork and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering tools
