Job description
Idelux Engineering Pte Ltd is hiring a full-time Engineer / Assistant Engineer in Singapore. This is an on-site engineering role for a candidate with a diploma in engineering or a related field, strong coordination skills, and an interest in technical troubleshooting and project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead or co-lead technicians and general workers to maintain quality service standards.
- Plan job schedules and coordinate resources to support timely delivery.
- Coordinate with clients on job execution and communicate with project stakeholders.
- Conduct assessments, troubleshoot technical issues, and follow through to resolution.
- Monitor and optimize systems to help meet project goals.
- Keep up to date with applicable statutory regulations and ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate project and service documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently.
- Take on other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering or a related field is required.
- Experience in engineering practices is preferred.
- Proficiency in project planning and scheduling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements for engineering projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering tools.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
