Experienced Alibaba Cloud L3 Engineer – Singapore

Rapid Systemz Pte Ltd is hiring an Experienced Alibaba Cloud L3 Engineer in Singapore. This full-time role supports cloud infrastructure for a diverse client base, with a focus on availability, security, and performance. The position is remote eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced Alibaba Cloud architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and deliver application and service migrations to Alibaba Cloud while minimizing disruption.
• Resolve complex technical issues as a senior cloud subject matter expert.
• Lead incident management, timely restoration, and root cause analysis.
• Implement security controls to protect cloud infrastructure and data.
• Monitor and optimize cloud performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Automate repeatable tasks and promote cloud networking best practices.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a cloud engineering role.
• Strong expertise in cloud architecture, implementation, and migration.
• Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting, incident management, and cloud security.
• Experience with performance optimization and networking.
• Familiarity with automation tools and methodologies.
• Alibaba Cloud certifications, such as Alibaba Cloud Certified Professional, are preferred.
