Key Responsibilities Provide expert legal guidance on contract management, corporate governance, and risk mitigation to protect company assets and reputation. Lead negotiations and draft diverse legal agreements ensuring favorable terms and compliance with local and international laws. What We're Looking For Required: Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification. Minimum 5 years’ experience as in-house counsel or similar role with strong negotiation, compliance, and litigation expertise. Proven skills in contract management and corporate governance. Exceptional legal research and advisory capabilities. Familiarity with risk management frameworks and practices. Preferred: Professional certifications in compliance or corporate governance.
