Key Responsibilities
- Legal Guidance: Provide expert advice on contract management, corporate governance, and risk management.
- Negotiations & Agreements: Lead contract negotiations and draft legal documents to safeguard company interests.
- Litigation Management: Oversee litigation and dispute resolution, working with external counsel as needed.
- Compliance Oversight: Manage compliance programs to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
- Strategic Legal Advice: Conduct legal research and advise senior management on regulatory affairs.
- Legal Awareness: Collaborate with internal teams to promote a culture of compliance and legal understanding.
- Legislation Monitoring: Track legal changes impacting the company and update executive leadership.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree.
- Proven expertise in negotiation, compliance, and litigation.
- Experience in contract management and corporate governance.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as in-house counsel or similar legal role.
- Professional certifications in compliance or corporate governance are advantageous.
