Engineering Manager

Lead and unify a team of engineers across existing and AI-powered product workstreams. Establish strong Scrum practices, sprint planning, delivery cadence, and predictable execution. Manage a hybrid team of full-time and external/vendor developers. Lead a legacy-to-AI-native product transition while maintaining existing products. Drive adoption of AI-assisted and agentic engineering workflows. Work closely with the CTO, VP of Product, Engineering Managers, and AI/ML leadership. Stay hands-on with feature development, code reviews, debugging, and pairing — approximately 30–40% of the role. Mentor senior engineers and help develop them into technical leaders. Must-Have Experience: 7–10 years of software engineering experience, 3+ years of engineering management experience, SaaS product experience, experience leading legacy-to-modern product transitions, production experience with AI-powered or agentic features, experience managing hybrid/vendor engineering teams, strong hands-on technical background. Tech Stack: React, TypeScript, Tailwind, GraphQL, AWS, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, experience with Python, GrapesJS, MySQL, Ruby, Java, Clojure, OpenTofu, or Radix is a plus.
