About the role

Lead the development of a large-scale Enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform.

This is a hands-on technical leadership opportunity, combining architecture, software development, team mentoring, and delivery ownership.

Requirements

12+ years of professional software development experience.
3+ years of technical leadership experience.
Strong Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, WebFlux, and Hibernate/JPA.
Angular 16+, TypeScript, RxJS, and micro-frontends.
Microservices, RESTful APIs, and reactive programming.
AWS: ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, SQS, Lambda, S3.
PostgreSQL, SQL, and database migrations.
Docker, Git, Maven, GitLab CI/Jenkins.
SonarQube, JaCoCo, automated testing, and CI/CD.
A hands-on technical leader comfortable spending 50 - 60% of their time on engineering and architecture and 40 - 50% on technical leadership, mentoring, planning, and stakeholder collaboration.
