Entry Level HVAC and Refrigeration Technician

Key Responsibilities Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems under the guidance of experienced technicians. Perform routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues to provide effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding service details and progress. Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills. Support senior technicians with special projects or complex installations. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or GED is required. Demonstrable knowledge and skills in HVAC systems and refrigeration is preferred. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Basic knowledge of electronic components and wiring. Technical certifications in HVAC and Refrigeration (e.g., EPA certification) are a plus. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions. Prior experience in a related field is beneficial but not required.
