Key Responsibilities Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems under supervision. Conduct routine inspections ensuring safety and environmental compliance. Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and support effective problem resolution. Maintain detailed records of services and parts used. Communicate clearly with team members and customers about service progress. Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical expertise. Support senior technicians on complex projects and installations. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Familiarity with electronic components and wiring. Technical certifications such as EPA certification are a plus. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions. Previous related experience is beneficial but not mandatory. This position operates within a collaborative team environment reporting to a lead technician or supervisor. You will have opportunities to collaborate across departments to ensure comprehensive service delivery. Compensation: $41,000 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandler, AZ.
