Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and refrigeration units according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. Diagnose issues with HVAC and refrigeration systems using appropriate tools and techniques. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to extend lifespan and reduce downtime. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair options and education on system use and efficiency. Collaborate with team members on larger projects and participate in troubleshooting complex HVAC systems. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations for customer and company reference. Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to enhance service delivery capabilities. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repair preferred Certification in HVAC/R is a plus Proficient in the use of HVAC diagnostic tools and software Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members In this role, you will be part of a supportive team structure that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
