Equipment Rental & Customer Service Specialist

Tasks

• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Help customers find the right tools and equipment for their projects.
• Create rental contracts and assist with equipment check-ins and check-outs.
• Clean, inspect, maintain, and operate rental equipment.
• Work alongside your teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly.

• Positive, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Enjoys working with people AND getting their hands dirty.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and stay productive.
• A team player who takes pride in their work.
• No equipment experience? No problem! We're willing to train the right person who brings a great attitude and a desire to learn!

Schedule

• Typically 4 days per week (40 hours).
• Minimum of 2 Saturdays per month.
• Additional hours and Saturdays may be needed seasonally.

Pay

• $18.00–$20.00/hour
