Field Sales Executive – Best Culture to Work® Awards
Company: Creative learnings academy
Location: Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula, India. This is a full-time, on-site field sales role.
Role Summary
Creative learnings academy is hiring a confident Field Sales Executive to introduce organizations to Best Culture to Work® and Best Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Awards, along with consulting and training in innovation, leadership, change, talent, capability, and learning. You will meet HR Heads, CHROs, and senior business leaders and explain the awards and organizational transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit companies across Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula.
- Build relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, and business leaders.
- Present and sell Best Culture to Work® and Best EVP Awards.
- Promote consulting and training solutions in innovation, leadership, change, talent, capability, and learning.
- Explain the award and transformation process to prospective clients.
- Arrange meetings, follow up with prospects, negotiate, and close sales.
Target Companies
Prospective organizations typically have annual revenue of ₹100+ Crore and 100+ employees. Target industries span 18 sectors, including IT, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, hospitality, hospitals, education, retail, and BFSI.
