Key Responsibilities Visit and establish strong connections with companies throughout the Tri-Cities region. Engage directly with HR Heads, CHROs, and senior business leaders to understand their organizational needs. Present and sell high-value Best Culture to Work® and Best EVP Awards , along with consulting and training solutions in innovation, leadership, change management, talent development, capability building, and learning. Explain the award process and transformation journey clearly to prospective clients, highlighting benefits and ROI. Schedule meetings, follow up diligently, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of consulting and training services. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solutions competitively. What We're Looking For Required: Excellent spoken English communication skills with confidence in corporate interactions. Self-starter attitude with a passion for field sales and meeting new people. Ability to engage senior HR and business leaders professionally and persuasively. Willingness to travel regularly within the Tri-Cities area for client visits. Freshers and entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome. Preferred: Basic understanding of HR consulting, awards, or corporate training is a plus but not mandatory. Prior experience in B2B sales or client-facing roles. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous learning and career growth.
