Job description
Tasks
- coordinating multiple trades, managing daily field operations, overseeing scheduling, maintaining inspection readiness, and ensuring work meets our quality and safety standards
Requirements
- Residential and commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30 Construction training - PREFERRED
- Strong plan-reading, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination skills
- Documented field leadership and problem-solving ability
- Strict OSHA and company safety compliance
- Required PPE, including safety-toe boots, hard hats, eye protection, high-visibility apparel, and task-specific protective equipment
- Fall protection, ladder, scaffold, lift, and equipment safety requirements
- Hazard recognition, housekeeping, incident reporting, and stop-work responsibility
- No working under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing substances
- Job-related background checks and lawful drug screening may be required during hiring, with appropriate notices and authorizations
- Professional conduct, dependable attendance, and accountability on every jobsite
