First Officer / Second Officer – ERJ 135 & ERJ 147 | ORT International Airport

Bubesi Solutions (PTY) Ltd is hiring a full-time First Officer or Second Officer for ERJ 135 and ERJ 147 aircraft at ORT International Airport. Join an established airline team and help ensure safe, efficient, and punctual flights while delivering excellent passenger service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Captain with safe aircraft operation and comply with applicable aviation regulations and procedures.
• Complete preflight inspections and briefings, confirming aircraft systems are ready for operation.
• Communicate clearly with crew members and air traffic control.
• Monitor aircraft systems and maintain situational awareness throughout each flight.
• Participate in recurrent training and pilot evaluations to maintain industry compliance.
• Coordinate with ground and maintenance teams to support timely departures and arrivals.
• Take part in postflight debriefings and contribute to continuous operational improvement.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• A Commercial Pilot License (CPL) is required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
• Sound problem-solving skills and adaptability in changing conditions.
• Aircraft systems knowledge and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• At least 1,500 hours of flight experience and appropriate certifications are preferred.
