This full-time role is critical in ensuring flight safety, operational efficiency, and outstanding passenger service within a collaborative aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Captain in the safe and compliant operation of ERJ 135 and ERJ 147 aircraft.
• Perform thorough pre-flight inspections and briefings to verify aircraft readiness.
• Maintain clear communication with crew and air traffic control to support smooth flight operations.
• Monitor aircraft systems and maintain situational awareness throughout flights.
• Engage in continuous training and evaluations to uphold industry standards.
• Coordinate with ground and maintenance teams to ensure punctual departures and arrivals.
• Participate in detailed post-flight debriefings to enhance operational performance.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with leadership potential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Technical expertise in aircraft systems and decisive under pressure.
• Minimum 1500 flight hours with relevant certifications preferred.
