Floating General Manager

Tasks

• Provide operational leadership and management support across multiple hotels.
• Travel to different properties throughout North Carolina.
• Support hotel teams in improving operational performance.
• Maintain guest service standards and business results.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a senior hotel leadership role.
• Strong operational, financial and commercial management skills.
• Excellent team leadership and communication abilities.
• Track record of improving revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to travel for the floating GM positions.

Schedule

• Regular travel is required.

Pay

• USD 75,000–110,000 per year (estimated; varies by property and experience).
