Job description
About the role
BioScale Talent Partners is working with a well-funded early-stage healthcare AI company building a clinical AI platform for chronic condition management. The company is seeking its first dedicated growth hire to build the provider go-to-market motion from the ground up. This is not a traditional marketing role: the work involves speaking with physicians, APPs and practice leaders, opening new markets, testing approaches and turning early traction into a repeatable growth engine.
The role reports directly to the CEO and joins a team of around 10 people. The schedule is five days per week in the company’s Brooklyn office, with travel 1–2 weeks per month and 40–50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Build the direct-to-clinician and direct-to-practice growth motion from 0 to 1.
- Personally prospect, visit and activate small and mid-sized practices.
- Travel to launch new markets and attend conferences.
- Run experiments across outbound, field activity, events, sponsorships and paid growth.
- Build relationships and a community around the product.
- Work with clinicians and bring market feedback directly to the product team.
- Own early growth metrics, initially focusing on increasing top-of-funnel and converting new practices.
- Turn what works into repeatable processes as the company scales.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience across growth, provider partnerships, go-to-market or a similar commercial role.
- Proven experience building top-of-funnel from 0 to 1.
- Experience selling to or activating clinicians, physicians or healthcare practices.
- Experience in an early-stage startup environment.
- Comfort working hands-on rather than relying on an established playbook.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to travel 40–50% of the time and work five days per week from the company’s Brooklyn office.
Key facts
- Full-time role with five days per week in the company’s Brooklyn office.
- Travel 1–2 weeks per month and 40–50% of the time.
- Requires 4–8 years of experience in growth, provider partnerships, go-to-market or a similar commercial role.
- Build the provider go-to-market motion and activate healthcare practices.
