In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in process. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Use SYNIXIS software to process guest information accurately.
• Manage reservations, including changes and cancellations.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide local recommendations.
• Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized front desk area at all times.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with SYNIXIS or similar hotel management software preferred.
• Previous front desk or hotel-related experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

As part of our team, you will report directly to the Front Desk Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with housekeeping, food and beverage, and management teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
