Job description
Jay R is hiring a full-time Hotel Front Desk Agent with SYNIXIS experience in Miami Lakes, Florida. In this guest-facing role, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver a smooth, memorable hotel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and complete check-ins efficiently and professionally.
- Enter and update guest information accurately in SYNIXIS.
- Manage reservations, changes, and cancellations.
- Answer guest questions and recommend local attractions and services.
- Respond promptly to guest concerns and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
- Keep the front desk clean and organized.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and management to meet guest needs.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- SYNIXIS or comparable hotel management software experience preferred.
- Previous hotel front desk or related experience is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
