Tasks
- Can create, cost and improve menus
- Leads and trains the kitchen team
- Strict on food safety, cleanliness and kitchen inventory
Requirements
- Culinary graduate or with equivalent training
- At least 3 years experience as head chef or sous chef
- Filipino and Thai cooking is a big plus
