Head of Ecology

Lead ecology education and nature-based learning for students in Grades K–12 at Miami Torah Earth School. Teach hands-on ecology and science classes, create outdoor, experiential, and project-based learning opportunities, lead and support ecology education across the entire K–12 school, organize nature immersions, field experiences, develop curriculum, track student progress, collaborate with teachers and school leadership, and help build SOLFL’s innovative approach to education connecting students with nature, ecology, entrepreneurship, and environmental solutions. Ideal candidate: Someone passionate about ecology, experienced in environmental education or teaching, highly organized, strong in project management, and excited about teaching students outside a traditional classroom.
