Head Production

We are seeking a dedicated Head of Production to lead our operations in Kochi, Kerala. This full-time position is critical in ensuring that our manufacturing processes align with the highest standards of quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production activities, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations. Lead and mentor a diverse team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving. Develop and implement production plans to meet output goals while maintaining product quality and safety. Coordinate with quality assurance teams to promptly address any production issues or non-conformities. Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize production efficiency. Monitor key performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management on production performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D and supply chain for new product introductions and enhancements. Required and Preferred Qualifications MPharm degree from an accredited institution. Strong leadership skills with proven experience in team management. Expertise in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance specific to the pharmaceutical industry. Excellent problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively. Proficient in industry-standard software and tools related to production management. Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in a production environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
