Head of Production – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing | Kochi, Kerala

Rank Pharma Resources is hiring a full-time Head of Production in Kochi, Kerala, India. This on-site leadership role oversees pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining product quality, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse production team, supporting continuous improvement and effective problem-solving.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet output goals while protecting product quality and safety.
• Partner with Quality Assurance to resolve production issues and nonconformities promptly.
• Allocate labor, materials, and equipment to improve production efficiency.
• Track key performance indicators and report production performance to senior management.
• Work with R&D, supply chain, and other teams on new product introductions and product improvements.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• MPharm degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong leadership skills and demonstrated team management experience.
• Expertise in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for addressing operational challenges.
• Proficiency with industry-standard production management software and tools.
• At least 7–10 years of relevant production experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
