Job description
Tasks
- Provide Tier I and Tier II support for Windows 7/10 and Windows Server 2008-2012 environments
- Troubleshoot end‐user issues and maintain system performance
- Install and image Dell/Windows 10 workstations
- Manage Active Directory accounts
- Administer SharePoint and Office 365 services
- Install printers and replace toner
- Use ServiceNow incident ticketing
- Generate KPI reports in Microsoft Office
- Collaborate with internal clients
- Document solutions
- Support business and custom applications such as Exchange, SQL, and VOIP
