Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven sales or customer service experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage and connect effectively with customers.
• Experience with point of sale systems and relevant software tools.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred.

This full-time position is based in Chapra, Bihar, and is not eligible for remote work. You will report to the Retail Manager and work closely with sales associates and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Salary: ₹17500 per month.
