This vital role involves managing payroll processes with precision and ensuring compliance with labor laws to support smooth financial operations and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the full payroll cycle, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation processing.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and payroll regulations, keeping updated on relevant changes.
• Analyze payroll data to identify trends and discrepancies, recommending improvements.
• Track employee attendance, leaves, and overtime for effective time management.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
