Job description
About the role
Build its U.S. HR function and support North American growth.
Tasks
- Build U.S. HR operations, employment compliance, policies and processes.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, benefits and payroll coordination.
- Drive recruitment for Sales, Solution Engineering and other U.S. roles.
- Partner with business leaders and global HR colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience building a U.S. HR function from the ground up.
- Strong recruiting capabilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Startup or high-growth technology experience is preferred.
- Mandarin is a plus, not a requirement.
