Discount AC & Refrigeration is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated HVAC Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Chandler, Arizona. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective networking and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand HVAC needs and provide customized solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations that clearly communicate the value of our HVAC services.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring high client satisfaction throughout the process.
• Collaborate closely with installation and support teams to guarantee smooth project execution.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to monitor progress.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business is advantageous.
• Proven sales experience with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage clients effectively.
• Self-driven with strong problem-solving capabilities.
