Job description
saasgenie is hiring a full-time Sales Representative specializing in ITSM and employee experience (EX) SaaS solutions. This remote sales position serves customers across the United States. You will help prospective clients identify their IT service management needs and find software solutions that support their organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Use consultative selling to understand customer needs and recommend tailored ITSM/EX SaaS solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closing.
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Partner with marketing on business development and lead generation initiatives.
- Monitor sales metrics, report performance to management, and adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Represent saasgenie at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field.
