Tasks
- Answer and triage inbound calls with empathy and urgency
- Call members, past clients and inactive accounts to fill the schedule
- Turn calls into appointments, memberships and replacement leads
- Chase open estimates and unbooked requests
Requirements
- A proven track record of hitting - and beating - high performance goals
- Experience in inside sales, customer service or a booking role
- Persuasive communication and active listening skills
- Organized, self-driven and steady in high volume
- Proven results
- Self-motivated
