Tasks
- Manage cases from inception through resolution.
- Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, mediation, and trial preparation.
- Represent insurers, self-insured entities, and corporate clients.
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and reports.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Pennsylvania law license.
- 3–5 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Automobile liability defense experience preferred.
