A law firm seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate for its New York, NY office. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team specializing in trademark, copyright, trade secret, internet, and false advertising law.
DutiesProvide comprehensive client counseling in trademark, copyright, and false advertising law.Engage in litigation, enforcement, and counseling related to intellectual property matters.Collaborate with a team to develop strategies for client representation.
Requirements4-6 years of experience in trademark, false advertising, and copyright litigation.Proven track record in enforcement and counseling within intellectual property law.
EducationJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
CertificationsAdmission to the New York State Bar.
SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
