IT End-User Support Engineer

Provide first-level technical support to end users regarding hardware, software, network, and application issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot operating system, email, and office application-related problems. Respond to user support requests through phone, email, ticketing systems, or in person. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. Perform software installation, updates, and patch management. Assist in user account management, password resets, and access permissions. Coordinate with higher-level support teams for issue resolution. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards. Provide basic network and connectivity troubleshooting support.
