IT Project Coordinator – Data Center Migration

About the role

support a large-scale data center migration and infrastructure transformation initiative.

Tasks

• Coordinate application migration activities across multiple business and technology teams.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Monitor migration progress and overall health of assigned project waves.
• Identify risks, issues, and blockers impacting project timelines.
• Coordinate with application owners, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and progress summaries.
• Support migration readiness, planning, and cutover activities.
• Ensure teams follow standardized migration processes and established technology guidelines.
• Escalate delays and coordinate resolution of project-related issues.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in IT Project Coordination, Project Management, or Program Coordination.
• Strong project tracking and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and work independently.
• Preferred: JIRA, Power BI Reporting, Clarizen, Data Center Migration, Application Migration, Infrastructure Transformation, Technology Modernization, Understanding of application development and infrastructure environments.

Schedule

• 100% Onsite – 5 Days a Week
• Long-Term Contract (1–2 Years)
• W2 Contract
• Candidates must be open to potential full-time conversion.
• No visa sponsorship will be available upon conversion.
