IT Project Manager

Tasks

• Lead enterprise IT initiatives, including Zero Touch Computer Modernization and large-scale iPad deployment (~1,100 devices).
• Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, CAPEX/OPEX tracking, cost analysis, and variance reporting.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, WBS, RAID logs, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Property Accounting, IT leadership, and technology vendors.
• Manage vendor contracts, SOWs, purchase orders, invoices, deliverables, and performance.
• Oversee device deployment planning, procurement, technical readiness, field testing, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with End User Support, Infrastructure, ServiceNow, Intune/MDM, Security, and business stakeholders.
• Prepare executive dashboards, financial reports, and project updates for senior leadership.
• Present program progress, accomplishments, timelines, risks, and business benefits to C-suite executives.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of enterprise IT project/program management experience.
• Must have hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6 Suite.
• Strong project financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX/OPEX, and cost allocation.
• Experience with vendor management, procurement, SOWs, POs, and invoice validation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level presentation skills.
• Preferred: PMP Certification; End User Computing / End User Technology; ServiceNow; Microsoft Intune / MDM; Endpoint Management; Large-scale device deployment programs; Financial planning and project governance.
