Senior Graphic Designer (Packaging)

We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Graphic Designer (Packaging) to join our dynamic team in Hunt Valley, Maryland. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute engaging packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to meet project deadlines and goals. Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders while ensuring adherence to quality and manufacturing standards. Create visual mock-ups and prototypes for presentations to internal teams and clients, showcasing the design concepts effectively. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design practices to bring fresh ideas to the team. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality results. Utilize various graphic design software and tools to produce packaging solutions that are both practical and aesthetically pleasing. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Proven experience in packaging design, ideally with a portfolio that demonstrates your expertise. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a specific focus on packaging. Experience with 3D modeling software and print production processes is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
