WE'RE HIRING! JOB & LIFE SKILLS COACH

Support individuals with disabilities in achieving greater independence at work, at home, and in their community.

PAY
Starting at $18/hour + monthly mileage reimbursement

HOURS
20–40 hours per week
Daytime hours with flexibility

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide 1-on-1 support in home, and community settings
Provide on-the-job coach and help individuals develop workplace skills
Teach life skills such as budgeting, shopping, meal planning, organization, and more
Support individuals with exercise, community activities, appointments, and transportation
Help individuals develop social, communication, and self-advocacy skills
Document services and communicate with the NEO team
Company-paid human services training is provided!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities strongly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred
Basic computer, Internet, and Microsoft Office skills
Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic and flexible availability
Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and appropriate insurance required
