Job description
About the role
Join our growing MEP engineering team and work on exciting building projects.
Tasks
- Support electrical system design, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
- Perform electrical engineering calculations and load analysis.
- Prepare electrical drawings, panel schedules, specifications, and construction documents.
- Work with AutoCAD and Revit for electrical design documentation.
- Assist with NEC compliance, design coordination, and construction observations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- EIT certification or ability to obtain it within six months of hire.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals and building systems.
- 2–3 years preferred.
- Nice to have: MEP consulting experience, NEC knowledge, and exposure to SKM, ETAP, or Visual Lighting.
