Job description
Paynback Infosolutions is hiring a full-time Key Account Sales Executive in Kalamassery, Kerala, India. In this on-site sales role, you will manage key client relationships, identify opportunities to grow accounts, and help deliver solutions that support client satisfaction and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned key accounts to strengthen client loyalty and satisfaction.
- Meet regularly with clients to understand their requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements while balancing profitable terms with client needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers, showcasing company products and services.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth and service improvements.
- Work with marketing, customer support, and other teams to help meet client expectations.
- Monitor sales metrics, report progress against targets, and adjust account strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Sales and relationship management experience; experience in a similar industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach and excellent time management skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools is preferred.
