Requirements
- 5+ years of business / IT experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience
- Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience removing impediments and driving continuous improvement
- Agile coaching and team leadership
- Experience with SAFe, PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, or Kanban is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Agile metrics
- Enterprise software development and SDLC experience preferred
