Lead Fence Installer - Akron, Ohio

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of fence installers to ensure efficient project completion and adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate installation logistics, ensuring all materials and tools are ready and available on-site.
• Install various fence types including wood, vinyl, and chain link with high-quality standards.
• Inspect completed installations to guarantee compliance with company and client specifications.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their fencing needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Train and mentor new installers on proper techniques, safety measures, and company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress and prepare performance reports for management.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in fence installation or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing teams.
• Proficient and safe use of hand and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for client and team interactions.

Work in a collaborative environment reporting directly to the Operations Manager. This full-time position is based in Akron, Ohio, and is not eligible for remote work.

Compensation: $30 per hour.
