Lead Platform Engineer

Tasks

• Build and manage installation, configuration, deployment, upgrade, rollback, and recovery processes.
• Integrate enterprise platforms with CI/CD and release management.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, and health checks.
• Handle environment readiness, vulnerability remediation, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Network, Software, Automation, Testing, and BizOps teams.
• Develop operational documentation and support handoff processes.

Requirements

• 10+ Years
• Strong Linux Administration and Troubleshooting.
• Enterprise Platform Engineering and Configuration Management.
• Release Engineering and Production Support.
• Scripting and Automation (Python / Shell).
• Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical systems.
• Preferred: Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar monitoring tools.
• Preferred: Network Services / Edge Platform Operations.
• Preferred: Security Scanning, Patching, and Certificate Management.
• Preferred: Controlled Production Deployments.
