Lead SAP GRC Process Control Consultant

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end SAP GRC upgrades, including planning, system readiness, pre-upgrade checks, and post-upgrade validation.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis teams on system landscape readiness, patching, downtime planning, and go-live activities.
• Assess upgrade impacts on existing configurations, custom rules, workflows, and integrations.
• Validate SAP GRC Access Control components, including ARA, ARM, and EAM, along with Process Control functionality.
• Troubleshoot upgrade-related issues, coordinate defect resolution, and work with SAP OSS/vendor support.
• Review and refine Process Control business rules to improve accuracy and minimize false positives.
• Design, configure, and test business rules, data sources, rule scripts, and automated monitoring logic.
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners and Internal Audit to improve control objectives and monitoring effectiveness.
• Maintain upgrade documentation, rollback plans, rule versioning, and audit-ready documentation.

Requirements

• 14+ Years
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control.
• Proven experience leading or participating in at least one SAP GRC upgrade.
• Deep understanding of Process Control business rules, control objectives, data sources, and continuous monitoring.
• Experience working in large-scale SAP landscapes.
• Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control (design, configuration, and support).
• Proven experience with SAP GRC upgrades, including onsite
