Lead Software Engineer – GenAI/GCP

Tasks

• Design and develop enterprise-grade GenAI solutions.
• Build RAG-based applications and Agentic AI workflows.
• Implement intelligent document processing, OCR, and data extraction solutions.
• Fine-tune, deploy, and optimize LLMs.
• Develop scalable AI applications using Python and cloud technologies.

Requirements

• 7–10 Years
• Strong experience in Python, Google Vertex AI, and Document AI (DocAI).
• Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Experience with RAG architecture and LLM fine-tuning.
• Enterprise-level Agentic AI implementation using LangGraph, Google ADK, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings.
• Strong knowledge of NLP, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and PyTorch.
• Experience with OpenAI APIs and open-source LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, REST APIs, and Docker.
• Cloud experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
