About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional (Lease Up) for Prose Riviana. This position coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to support occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform sales and leasing activities, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours, showing apartments, processing applications, and completing credit screening and criminal background checks.
- Prepare the lease and move-in package and help ensure a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
- Inspect apartments before resident move-in, ensure they are move-in ready, and schedule outstanding items with the maintenance team.
- Provide resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
- Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions that may affect community occupancy and sales.
