About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies and help achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. The community is in the lease-up stage and has 545 units. The schedule is Monday-Friday plus rotating weekends.
Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, and complete credit screening and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure smooth resident move-ins and lease signings.
- Inspect apartments before resident move-in, ensure they are move-in ready, and schedule outstanding items with maintenance.
- Provide resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure resident lease renewals.
