About the role
Greystar is hiring a Leasing Professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies and support occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. The role involves leasing to new residents, supporting resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and securing lease renewals.
Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and apartment showings, process applications, and complete credit screening and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease and move-in packages and support a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
- Inspect apartments before move-in, ensure they are ready, and schedule outstanding items with the maintenance team.
- Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions that may affect community occupancy and sales.
