Job description
Tasks
- The role will focus on complex commercial litigation matters, including shareholder/partnership disputes, defaulted financial transactions, creditors’ rights matters, and real estate litigation.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Prior experience attending court conferences and hearings
Pay
- $150,000 to $200,000 per year, based upon experience.
