About the role
A confidential commercial bank is seeking an experienced lending professional to join its team.
Tasks
- Underwrite new loans, manage an assigned portfolio, and monitor projects from closing through completion and stabilization.
- Read a project from budget to takeout, weigh the risks, and clearly explain a recommendation to management and the loan committee.
Requirements
